Nice and loud and wouldn't even notice that mine is refurbished other than the "Refurbished" print on the side. Only wish is that the battery lasted longer but I guess it will last all day now but there has been a few times when it died on me. Big plus on the upgradeable microSD memory. NOTE: Will Not support HC micro SD.
